1. Go to Stardoll.com with the proxy server and log into Stardoll. 

2. Enter http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/harajukufall.php?officialSite=true

in the url bar of the proxy server and hit enter on your keyboard. 

You'll be sent to the Harajuku site, which is normal.
